2. Services

Prime Cell provides phone repair services, SIM card activation as an authorized Koodo partner, and the sale of pre-owned phones. Quotes and intake requests submitted through this site are requests, not binding contracts, until confirmed by us.

3. Orders and payment

Phone purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

4. Repairs

Repair timelines and prices are estimates until we inspect the device. Warranty coverage is described in our Warranty Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Cell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services.
