Repair warranty

Repairs performed by Prime Cell are covered by a limited warranty on the parts we install and the workmanship involved. If a repaired component fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll make it right.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or drops after the repair.
• Issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Damage from third-party repairs or tampering after our service.

Pre-owned phone warranty

Pre-owned phones purchased from us include a limited warranty against functional defects. Cosmetic condition is described at the time of sale and is not covered.
